From a technical point of view I received an asking price offer within a week of going on the market, which completed within the expected timeframe. However Spiller Brooks go much further than the technical services required. Nikki, Jeanette and Annabel understood all the emotional implications of selling a much-loved home as well as the financial aspect, and dealt with the whole process warmly and sensitively, something I'm ever so grateful for.

Spiller Brooks helped us sell our family home in Broadstairs in March 2022.
From the moment we started working with them to the final, full asking price, completion day, they were amazing.
The whole team came to see the house themselves so they could really represent the property in the best light and with members living in Thanet viewings/meter readings etc were never an issue.
