Nikki became the business owner in May 2019 and is a highly-regarded local estate agent. Nikki has the personal attributes of a warm, engaging and effective estate agent and firmly believes in offering clients a more personal and caring approach to selling their home. Having worked in Whitstable for many years she specialises in residential property valuations and oversees the firm's operations to ensure that exceptional customer service remains the hallmark of its reputation As well as years of local expertise in the Whitstable property market, she has a NFOPP Level 3 technical award in residential property sales.

Mark joined forces with Nikki to take over Mark Smith Estate Agents in May 2019. Mark brings a wealth of management experience gained at a senior level in East Kent acute health services. Mark’s business acumen complements Nikki’s operational and professional expertise and he is keen to ensure that the company maintains and enhances its successful standing with clients in providing high quality and professional estate agency services.

Jeanette joined our sales team in September 2017. She brings a broad range of property marketing experience with her, including 25 years in estate agency including branch and area management experience for Halifax Estate Agents. Jeanette's friendly and efficient approach to customer service re-assures clients and vendors during the home buying and selling process. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, walking and cycling.

Annabel joined us in July 2019 and brings a wealth of retail management and customer facing experience to the team. She is a key member of our sales team and has a passion for helping buyers find their new home and making sure clients receive a truly professional and positive service. In her spare time she spends time with her friends, family and Marco her beloved puppy.
